2. Products and Condition Grading
HoffTheRecords specializes in physical music media, including vintage and collectible vinyl records, compact discs (CDs), cassettes, and related music memorabilia. 
We make every effort to display and describe the items, their visual condition, and any specific characteristics as accurately as possible according to international Goldmine Grading Standards. However, colors, sleeve textures, or packaging appearance may vary slightly depending on display screens and photographic lighting. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or limit order quantities on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you authorize HoffTheRecords and our payment processors (including AllPay and authorized merchant gateways) to charge your designated payment method for the full amount of the transaction. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of stock discrepancies or unauthorized transactions). If an order is canceled or modified after payment, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Currency
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. All posted prices are exclusive of delivery fees, taxes, or international customs duties, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed prior to checkout completion. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup
- Shipping: We ship physical items securely packaged in heavy-duty record mailers. Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Risk of damage or loss transfers in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
- In-Store Pickup: In-store pickup from our Kfar Yona location is available by prior appointment only, once notification is provided that the order has been prepared and fulfilled.

6. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, store graphics, logos, product descriptions, and media created by HoffTheRecords are the intellectual property of HoffTheRecords. Third-party artist trademarks, album titles, and artwork depicted on physical media items belong to their respective copyright holders.

7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store integrates authorized third-party service providers (such as Shopify and payment processors like AllPay) to facilitate e-commerce operations. We are not liable for third-party links or content beyond our direct operational control.

8. Privacy Policy
Our collection and handling of customer personal data (such as names, delivery addresses, and contact emails) are governed by our Privacy Policy and compliant with standard e-commerce privacy practices.
