Shipping Policy – HoffTheRecords

At HoffTheRecords, we understand that vinyl records and music collectibles require extra care. As collectors ourselves, every single order is packed with the utmost attention to detail to ensure your items arrive safely and in the exact condition described.

Packaging Standards:
- All vinyl records and physical media are shipped in specialized, heavy-duty corrugated record mailers with cardboard stiffeners and protective bubble wrap.
- Packaging is designed to protect album sleeves from corner dings, ring wear, and seam splits during transit.

Order Processing & Handling Time:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding national holidays).
- Once your parcel is shipped via Israel Post (דואר ישראל), you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Domestic Delivery – Israel (via Israel Post):
- Registered Mail with Tracking (דואר רשום): Standard orders are dispatched via Israel Post Registered Mail with full tracking to your local post branch or pickup point (estimated 3–7 business days).
- Postal Parcel Service (חבילות דואר ישראל): Larger orders or multiple LP box sets are securely dispatched via Israel Post's parcel service.
- Local Pickup (Kfar Yona): In-store / local pickup is available free of charge from our location in Kfar Yona by prior appointment. You will be notified via email when your order is packed and ready to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

International Shipping (via Israel Post Eco Post):
- We ship worldwide via Israel Post Eco Post, offering secured, door-to-door international airmail tracking.
- Estimated international transit time is typically 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination customs processing and local postal services.
- International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their destination country.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
All shipments include an official Israel Post tracking code. If your parcel arrives damaged or is delayed beyond normal transit windows, please inspect the packaging upon arrival and contact us immediately at asher.amour80@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can address it promptly.
