2. Nature of Merchandise & Grading Disclaimer
HoffTheRecords specializes in physical music media, collectible vinyl records, compact discs (CDs), cassettes, and related music memorabilia.
• Visual Condition Grading: All items are inspected and graded in good faith according to standard international Goldmine Grading Standards under dedicated lighting. 
• Acoustic Playback Disclaimer: Due to the physical nature of vintage analog media (vinyl and magnetic tape), actual sound reproduction can vary depending on the buyer's audio playback equipment, turntable setup, tracking weight, cartridge, stylus condition, and cleaning methods. Items are sold as curated collector pieces evaluated by visual condition grading.
• Sealed / Mint Items: Items listed as "Factory Sealed" or "Mint" are sold unopened in their original distributor packaging. In accordance with consumer protection statutes governing audio recordings, once factory shrink-wrap or tamper seals are removed or broken by the buyer, the item is strictly non-returnable.

3. Intellectual Property, Trademarks & Resale Rights (First-Sale Doctrine)
• All artist names, band logos, album cover artwork, recording trademarks, and musical compositions referenced or depicted on this website are the registered intellectual property of their respective copyright and trademark owners and recording companies.
• HoffTheRecords is an independent distributor and reseller of genuine, legally acquired physical media. We do not manufacture audio recordings, nor do we claim any ownership, sponsorship, or official affiliation with the artists or labels whose physical releases are cataloged in our shop.
• Original branding, storefront graphics, photography, layout, and written content authored specifically by HoffTheRecords are the intellectual property of HoffTheRecords and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Transaction & Payment Processing
All financial transactions on this website are conducted through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including AllPay and authorized merchant acquiring services). HoffTheRecords does not store, hold, or have access to raw credit card credentials on its servers.
